Rules of procedure
1. Admission requirements:
To be permitted to enter, set up camp, and stay on the campground, you must have been authorized by the Owner, who is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, safety, and order of the campground, as well as compliance with these rules and regulations.
Staying at the “Les Murmures du Lignon” campground implies acceptance of the provisions of these rules and a commitment to comply with them. To this end, the owner may deny access to the campground to anyone who violates the rules.
The internal rules are available to all campsite users on request and by posting at the reception.
Anyone who wants to stay at least one night in the campsite must first present their identity documents to the owner and fill in the booking contract and pay for the service in full.
2. Installation:
Tents, trailers, or recreational mobile homes, as well as any related equipment, must be set up at the designated site in accordance with the owner’s instructions. Under no circumstances may a camper set up camp on their own, connect to electrical service on their own, repair electrical connections, or change sites.
Mobile homes must retain all their means of mobility; accordingly, no permanent structures may be built around them, as the permanent and stable nature of such structures could cause the mobile homes to lose their classification as mobile homes. They must not be permanently anchored to the ground.
The tenant must not, by his attitude, put the owner of the campsite in contravention of the provisions of the urban planning code and in particular article R480-7, specifying that: "... it is forbidden in the land developed for the reception of campers and caravans and in the land mentioned in article R444-3:
- storing or adding to the sites and common areas, used objects, shelters made of wood, sheet metal or other materials;
- to leave light leisure dwellings or vehicles in a state of disrepair;
- not to maintain the vegetation... »
In this sense, and without prejudice to any other measures that may be taken by the owner to ensure compliance with the provisions of this article, mobile homes that are dilapidated or degraded must be removed or replaced by their owner.
3. Reception Office:
During the full service period, from July 1 to August 31, the office, located in the bar is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. or according to the indications at the entrance
4. Use of the common rooms:
The bar, the common room, and their furnishings are available to campers according to a schedule that will be posted at all times. As a general rule, these hours will correspond to the Reception Desk’s daytime hours. Parents and individuals to whom this responsibility has been entrusted are responsible for supervising minors. Pets are not allowed in these areas.
5. Rates:
Prices are calculated on the number of nights spent in the campsite, counted from 2:pm to noon; Any overnight stay started is due.
The reservation request must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% d or the total cost of the stay. The balance for the stay, as well as a security deposit for rental accommodations, is due upon arrival (campsites) or 1 month in advance (rental accommodations). The security deposit will be returned no later than 8 days after departure. If you depart outside of office hours, the security deposit will be mailed to you, minus any deductions for damage found or failure to clean, after the inventory has been checked.
Cleaning is the responsibility of the renter unless a cleaning package has been purchased; if cleaning is not performed, the cleaning package rate will be charged.
Camp guests are asked to notify the person in charge at the front desk of their departure no later than the day before they leave.
6. Tourist Tax
An inter-municipal tourist tax was introduced on 17 December 2004 on the territory of the Community of Communes of Haut-Lignon (CCHL) to promote the development of tourism. It is free for children under 18 years old and costs €0.66 per night for adults.
It is recalled in this regard that the accommodation provider is obliged to collect the tourist tax. Failure to comply with this obligation results in a penalty. Articles R 2333-58 and R 2333-68 of the General Code of Local Authorities (CGCT) provide for a system of purely criminal penalties by classifying the various offences by reference to the regime of fines.
7. Respect for others – Tranquility – Pets:
Campers are urged to avoid any noise or conversations that might disturb their neighbors.
The sound equipment must be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk locks should be as discreet as possible.
Dogs and other animals must never be allowed to roam freely. They must not be left at the camp—even if confined—in the absence of their owners, who are civilly liable for them (dog owners must take their dogs outside the camp to relieve themselves or pick up after them).
For obvious safety reasons, the speed limit is 10 km/h in the area of the campground where vehicles are permitted. Vehicles are not allowed on the campground between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Only vehicles belonging to campers staying at the campground are permitted on the grounds; visitors’ cars are not allowed on the campground and must remain in the parking lot.
Total silence between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
8. Visitors:
Visitors must present themselves as soon as they arrive at the reception and pay the current rate, they are under the responsibility of the camper who receives them and must respect the campsite rules. In the event of overnight stays, a maximum of 6 people per pitch will be allowed for safety reasons.
9. Holding and Appearance of Installations:
It is forbidden to throw waste water on the ground, in gutters, at the foot of trees, or near caravans. Caravanners must empty their wastewater in the facilities provided for this purpose. Household waste, waste of any kind, and paper must be placed in the bins; The lids of the latter must be kept closed.
Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, such as the sanitary facilities.
Washing is strictly prohibited outside the designated sinks. Laundry must never be hung on trees.
Children are not allowed to play in the toilets. Very young children must always be accompanied by their parents.
It is prohibited to drive nails into or make notches in trees, cut branches, or plant anything. Plantings and floral decorations must be respected. It is also not permitted to mark the boundaries of a campsite using personal materials or to dig in the ground. Campers must fill in any rainwater drainage ditches before leaving.
Any damage to the vegetation, fences, grounds and facilities of the campsite will be the responsibility of the perpetrator.
The pitch that has been used during the stay must be maintained in the condition in which the camper found it when he entered the premises.
10. Security:
a) fire – Open fires (wood, charcoal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Stoves must be kept in good working order and must not be used under dangerous conditions. In the event of a fire, notify the owner immediately. A fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit are available at the front desk.
b) flights – Immediately report any suspicious individuals on the campground to the owner.
Although security is provided, campground users are asked to take their usual precautions (do not leave belongings or items—such as bicycles, food, clothing, etc.—outside) to protect their belongings and equipment from theft and inclement weather. It is the campers’ responsibility to obtain liability insurance and to purchase insurance for their respective equipment or belongings (tents, trailers, mobile homes, etc.).
SAS GIBOZ assumes no liability for theft, vandalism, loss, or damage of any kind occurring within the campground.
c) bathing in the river – Please note that swimming is prohibited in the Lignon River for safety reasons. Similarly, parking or occupying the areas in the lower part of the campground (below the fences) is not permitted due to the risk of flooding.
11. Swimming pool:
The campsite swimming pool is a private pool for collective use, which means that swimming is not supervised.
It is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in July and August. Access to the pool (and its pool decks) is exclusively for campground residents (visitors are not allowed).
Before entering the pool, bathers must go under the shower and in the footbath. They must not use the latter for any other purpose. Wearing swimming trunks is compulsory for all (including children), shorts and boxers are prohibited.
The safety rules posted on the sign at the entrance must be respected (do not run...). Children under 16 years old and those who do not know how to swim must be accompanied by an adult.
Anyone who fails to comply with the rules will be expelled from the pool and, in the event of a repeat offense, from the campground.
12. Games:
No violent or disruptive games may be played near the facilities or in the bar and common area.
Children must always be under the supervision of their parents. SAS GIBOZ, the campground’s owner, accepts no liability for any accidents that may occur to children. Children must be under the exclusive supervision of their parents, who are civilly and criminally liable, particularly when the children are using the play equipment provided.
13. Garage of caravan:
Unattended equipment may be left on the grounds only with the owner's permission and only at the location specified by the owner.
A special fee applies to storage spaces (except for mobile homes), which are permitted only when the campground is open. A storage space is a spot for parking equipment, and no security or surveillance services will be provided.
14. Display:
These rules of procedure are posted at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. It is given to the customer at his request.
15. Environmental approach:
The campsite is committed to an environmental approach and we hope you will respect our commitments.
Please sort your waste. It is forbidden to use products that may be dangerous and toxic. The use of any weed killer is strictly prohibited.
16. Image rights:
During your stay on our site, you may be photographed or filmed for the design and production of our advertising materials, unless you notify the reception desk in writing upon arrival of your opposition to this practice.
17. Violation of this rules of procedure :
In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or does not comply with the provisions of these internal regulations, the owner may, orally or in writing if he deems it necessary, give notice to the latter to cease the disturbance.
In the event of a serious or repeated violation of the house rules, and after the owner has issued a formal notice requiring compliance, the owner may terminate the contract.
In the event of a criminal offense, the owner may contact law enforcement.
SWIMMING POOL RULES
The campsite swimming pool is a private pool for collective use, which means that swimming is not supervised.
The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. from late June to early September.
Safety Rules:
- Before entering the pools, swimmers must shower and use the footbath.
- Please leave your shoes on the beach
- Please do not run or dive on the beaches.
- Please do not spit.
- Please do not smoke, chew gum, or eat or drink (except water) within the pool area.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- If you have any suspicious skin lesions, please present a certificate stating that you are not contagious before entering the restricted areas.
- Swimmers must not use the footbaths for any purpose other than that for which they are intended.
Access to the pool (and its surrounding areas) is reserved exclusively for campground residents— those staying overnight on the premises. (Visitors are not permitted.)
The safety rules posted on the sign at the entrance must be followed (no running, etc.). Children under 16 and those who cannot swim must be accompanied by an adult.
Anyone who fails to comply with the rules will be removed from the pool and, in the event of a repeat offense, from the campground.
